This policy explains what RocketFunds.ai collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do with it. RocketFunds.ai is operated by RP Pro LLC. We are an online business and we deal with you by email, phone, text and through this website.
What we collect
- Contact details you enter: name, email address, mailing address and mobile number.
- Identity information: Social Security number and date of birth, where you provide them, used to identify you to the credit bureaus.
- Documents you upload: government photo ID, proof of address, bank statements, business formation documents and similar files.
- Financial and credit information: income range, employment, estimated credit standing, items you tell us are on your report, business revenue, and information contained in credit reports we review with your authorization.
- Credit monitoring access you choose to provide so we can read your reports and file disputes on your behalf.
- Technical information: IP address and basic browser information, recorded when you submit a form, used to prevent abuse.
Why we collect it
We use this information to verify who you are, to review your credit reports, to prepare and send disputes to the credit bureaus and furnishers, to match you with funding partners when you ask us to, and to contact you about your file. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.
Who we share it with
- Credit bureaus and furnishers, when we dispute an item on your behalf.
- Funding partners and lenders, when you apply for funding through us. What we send them does not include your Social Security number or your monitoring password.
- Service providers that host this site, store your documents, deliver our email and text messages, and process payments. They are permitted to use your information only to provide that service to us.
- Anyone else only if you tell us to, or if the law requires it.
Text messages and calls
When you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree we may contact you by phone, text and email about your application, including calls placed with an automated or AI assistant. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages, or email us and ask and we will remove you.
How we protect it
This site runs over HTTPS. Documents you upload are stored in a private bucket that is not publicly readable; they are retrieved only through short-lived links available to authorized staff. Your Social Security number and any monitoring password are encrypted at rest.
No system is perfect, and we will not tell you otherwise. If we ever learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you.
How long we keep it
We keep your file for as long as you are a client and afterwards for as long as we are required to by law or need it to resolve a dispute. You can ask us to delete your documents and identity information sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your authorization to act on your behalf at any time. Email rykerfunds@gmail.com and we will respond.
You always have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit file yourself, directly with the bureaus, free of charge. You do not have to pay anyone, including us, to do that.
Children
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
