Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use rocketfunds.ai or engage RP Pro LLC, doing business as RocketFunds.ai, for credit consultation or funding facilitation. If you enroll in a program, the signed agreement you receive governs that work, and these terms cover everything else.
What we are, and what we are not
We are a credit consultation and funding facilitation company. We are not a lender, a bank, a law firm, a credit counseling agency or a credit bureau. We do not lend money. We do not give legal or tax advice. Funding is offered by third party lenders who make their own decisions.
What we do
For credit services, we review your credit reports with your written authorization and dispute items that appear inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable. For funding, we prepare your file and present it to lenders in our network.
What we cannot promise
- We cannot promise a specific credit score, a specific increase, or a specific timeline.
- We cannot and will not remove accurate, current and verifiable information from your credit report. Nobody can.
- We cannot promise you will be approved for funding, or approved for any particular amount or rate. That is the lender's decision.
- Results differ from person to person. Anything shown on this site as an example is an example, not a prediction of what will happen for you.
Your side of it
You agree that the information and documents you give us are accurate and belong to you. You agree not to ask us to dispute information you know to be correct. You agree to forward bureau correspondence to us promptly, because the work stalls without it. If you give us a monitoring login, you agree we may use it only to read your reports and work your file.
Fees
Fees are stated in your agreement before you sign. For credit services, we do not charge for work before that work has been performed. See the refund policy and the credit disclosures.
Cancelling
You may cancel a credit services contract, without penalty or obligation, before midnight of the third business day after you sign it. You may also stop working with us at any time afterwards; see the refund policy for what happens to fees already earned.
Referrals and partners
We pay referral partners for clients they send us. Some links on this site, including credit monitoring signup links, earn us a commission. That never changes your price and never changes what we recommend.
Acceptable use
Do not submit someone else's identity, do not submit documents you are not entitled to, and do not attempt to break, scrape or overload this site.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us. We are not liable for a lender's decision, for a bureau's decision, or for what a third party does with information you authorized us to send them.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, email us first. Most things are solved that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which RP Pro LLC is organized.
