Refund Policy
Plain version first: we do not charge you for credit work before we have done it, you can cancel within three business days of signing for a full refund, and after that you pay only for work already performed.
Three business day cancellation. You may cancel a credit services contract, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you sign it. Tell us in writing. We will refund everything.
Credit services
Federal law prohibits a credit repair company from charging for services before those services are performed, and we follow it. You are billed after work is performed, for the work that was performed.
If you cancel after the three day window, you are responsible for fees covering work already completed, and nothing further. Any amount you have paid that covers work we have not yet done is returned to you.
What is not refundable
Work that has already been performed is not refundable. We also cannot refund you because a specific item was not removed or a score did not move by a particular amount. We never promised that, and the terms say so plainly. What we owe you is the work, done properly and on time.
Funding services
We are paid by commission when a funding deal closes. If no deal closes, you owe us nothing. Fees charged by a lender are the lender's and are governed by the lender's own documents.
Credit monitoring
If you signed up for a credit monitoring service, that is a separate company with its own billing. Cancel it with them directly. We cannot refund a charge we did not make.
Chargebacks
If you believe you were billed in error, email us before calling your bank. We would rather fix it in a day than argue about it for sixty.
How to cancel
Email rykerfunds@gmail.com with your name and the words "I am cancelling." That is enough. We will confirm in writing.
